- "Document" refers to any marketing document, template, plan, or strategy generated through our Service.
- "Customer" refers to any individual or entity that places an order through our website.
- "Order" refers to a request placed by a Customer for the generation of a Document.
3. Account Terms
To place an order, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep this information up to date.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
4. Orders and Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders already placed.
Payment is required at the time of placing an order. We accept payment via credit/debit card, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors.
An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. This email constitutes our acceptance of your order and the formation of a binding contract.
5. Document Generation Service
Our Service provides custom-generated marketing documents based on the information and preferences you provide during the ordering process. The quality and relevance of the Document depend in part on the accuracy and completeness of the information you supply.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary:
- Standard delivery: 24-48 hours from order confirmation
- Express delivery: 4-12 hours from order confirmation
Documents are delivered in PDF and DOCX format via email and through your account dashboard.
We offer one free revision per order within 7 days of delivery. Additional revisions may be subject to additional charges.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the Document for your business purposes. You may modify, reproduce, and distribute the Document within your organisation.
You may not resell, sublicence, or distribute the Document to third parties as a standalone product. The underlying templates, processes, and methodologies used to generate Documents remain the intellectual property of APEX VIRTUAL PARTNERS LTD.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our Documents are provided for informational and planning purposes only. They do not constitute professional marketing, legal, or financial advice. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from using our Documents.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Document giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Refunds

You agree not to use our services:

If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at info@smartpolicy-lab.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally. If we are unable to resolve the dispute, you may pursue formal proceedings in accordance with the governing law above.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
